No one is perfect, with that said I strongly believe that there are several criteria within SWOT analysis that I can further develop and enhance my ability and learning. Although I do not face any problems working within a group, I tend to fall out on the experience of team leadership and management.  To experience this criterion, I will look over at some of the valuable literatures about leadership and how to gain the essential factors in order to be a leader as well as a manager. I can spend some of my free time from now on, reading through some of the literature available.

 

In addition, I will have to take independent business courses in order to make full use of designing budgets and account management experience. This can be done not only by taking online courses, but also spending time with my dad, who comes from a business background. This can also be done at University where I can enroll my self to an elective business module in order to grasp some of the important business aspects and terms.

 

Finally, I am keen to increase my commitment to the advancement of design knowledge, expertise and practice.  I am aiming to do this by subscribing to online websites that send out up to date news and information about the current and future advancements in designs. In addition to web sites, I can also enroll for weekly or monthly magazine that write articles all about the world of design and practice. These secondary data will increase my awareness on advancement of designs, and will keep me up to date with the current design trends.

I am aiming to accomplish these criteria by the end of this academic term. This will allow me to progress into my third and final year of University, ready and up for any other challenges that I might face.
