This is the process I use to complete each of my projects to reach my goals and targets.

This represents my short vision of career development and surfaces from all the reflective practice and professional practice which I am currently undertaking. I use this as a navigation grid, to which I complete my projects and gain different experiences that can related and help me for my long term vision, for my career.
